Cooking Lesson

Hung, Chef at Mai Vi restaurant in St. Catharines, led an informative session yesterday sharing his expertise on Vietnamese foods at KPSS, showing the DSBNi team how to prepare fresh Spring Rolls, Beef Pho, and a Mango Salad.  New cuisine that everyone enjoyed learning about and cooking themselves.  The verdict: Very Good!
